- Once approved, please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and safely packed for pickup or courier.
3. Refund Process 💰
- Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.
4. Exchange Policy 🔄
If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or design (where applicable), please mention it in your email.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on stock availability.
